Time to shed those ugly Windows skins - the new Vista Transformation Pack is out, and available for download at TechConnect Magazine. With the usual array of high quality skins, and effects software (sidebar, glass windows, transparent clocks), this one's bound to be more popular than any of its predecessors.
In a massive update to its predecessors, this latest interface update pack goes way past simple skinning, as it includes a series of custom utilities to enhance Windows’ visual experience, and support for popular customisation software such as Windowsblinds. A full list of changes includes:

Update : Lite version(9mb), if you're new to Vista and want to try Vista looking in your XP/2003, this is the best choice for you. Lite version contains only Vista stuffs which saves bandwidth over 20MB! Best choice for dial-up users after all.
