I tried new Online chat of Vodafone (It may be old feature but just figured that out yesterday). PATHETIC experience, keeping me on wait for over 5 minutes every time I asked about my issue. Later when I asked for am ETA for resolution I was asked to elaborate my problem and finally I got another complaint number and assurance to get it resolved by 15th Jan'14. I am getting those since Sep'13
Moreover they do not/cannot mail you chat transcript so you have no official record of chat which you can use to escalate your complaint.
