Voice To Text - Please Help

I am looking for a Windows 7 compatible Voice to text software. This is required to analyze our conversations which happen between agents and their customers. I am unable to find any clue in the web. What is found is android based apps. Please suggest.

Use Dragon from www.nuance.com/dragon/index.htm
Its best. Used in on win 98, xp, 2000.
But its a paid one though your may get to try its demo or trial, not sure.
