GkAuth is a call management system written in PHP and Perl for the GNU Gatekeeper project. It is designed as an external application for the GNU Gatekeeper ( www.gnugk.org )
GkAuth is functioning by connecting to the status port of the gatekeeper and collecting signals in its database.
GkAuth provides a web based administration and user interface and stores it's data in SQL tables.

Nautilus is a program which allows two parties to hold a secure voice conversation. Released in May of 1995, it ran on ordinary phone lines using a pair of modems (one at each end). Version 1.5a added the ability to work over TCP/IP networks including the Internet (Unix versions only). Version 1.6a release was released in June of 1997, and was primarilly a bug fix release. Version 1.7a was released in September, 1998. In addition to some minor bug fixes, it adds support for 32-bit Microsoft Windows platforms including Windows 95, 98, and NT.

The OpenH323 project aims to create a full featured, interoperable, Open Source implementation of the ITU-T H.323 teleconferencing protocol that can be used by personal developers and commercial users without charge.
The phone program is an internet phone for linux . With linux, a full duplex sound board, speakers and a microphone, and a 24000 bits-per-second connection to the internet or better, you can talk with other people with the same setup over the internet.
The phone server maintains a database of who is online and what everyone's ip address and port numbers are. The phone client deals with the audio and querying the server, and talking with other clients. The phone client is released open source under the terms of the GPL.
