I stay in bangalore and one of my friend stays in Hyderabad.We very freq make calls and talk for long duration Which is making my telephone bill a 100page book:P (now dont me which friend:bleh: )
Now what stuck my mind is,i have an 256k Airtel ultd connection and she too has Tata 128k unltd connection,so why cant we make free PC to PC calls....?

Actually i had this idea even before.I tried Globe7 PC to Phone calls.Though the voice clarity is good,there is lot of lag in between(means she is hearing my voice after few sec)this is quite irritating.This was same problem even with Skype PC to PHONE calls:@

Now i want to know is there any software which doesnt have any lag in the voice(PC to PC calls)??? i.e.the software that can provide me the regular phone quality,without any lag?
Please help me guys.................
 
as it is PC to PC,why not use gtalk ? IMO,its one of the best for voice chats..I have used it for chatting with friends who are away like in US,Japan and still the voice clarity rocks.Not much lag too !!

voip works out to be expensive dude.. but if u dont mind the costs, you could try out webcalldirect.com they let you make phone to phone calls.. initiated from the web.

Also check out myvoipprovider.com. they have a very comprehensive listing of providers with rates.
 
Damn my headphone stopped working

Now which headphone cum mic should i go for?Or is there any Inearphone that has inbuilt mic?My budget is upto 1k.

I will be visiting S.P road tommorow so please rush your recommendations.
