Have been reading about VPN and their uses lately. What VPN service would you suggest? Would like to know what VPN to use? Are their any good free VPNs or on trial basis? Also any end users challenges?

90% at home. 10% during travel - airports, hotels..etc

If you want to use free VPNs, as long as you dont mind restrictions, you can get free VPNs out there. They are restricted on the data and time.

Thx everyone. At the moment, I am trying TOR gaurd via a friend's account. Will use it for sometime and observe. I tried to set OpenVPN but Asus firnware on my N13U does not support it.
How do you use it. The application or at the router level?

Application level for your usage since you are on the move.

As for doing at the router level, that too is possible - use L2TP.
