Graphic Cards VX550 enough for GTX470?

MSI GTX 470 is available for 16.5K(5 months old) in another forum.
Is my VX 550 enough for GTX 470?

The MSI Hawk is not quite as good as we'd think it would be with its custom cooler and stuff, if reviews on the web are any indication.

its still better than other cards , got best cooling among the ones available here and silent also . and it does not need bios flash to give higher voltage than 1.087 and cooler can handle higher voltage as well ... these reviewers dont try hard to overclock cards . the msi 470 i had did 840/1680/1900 easily while reviews did 600-750 .
