My W550i does not start after I removed it from my PC which was shut off. All I get is a white screen. The problem persists even after I have removed the battery( it doesn't switch off otherwise).Does anyone know how I can do a reset on the phone?
check this out, happeing with the w900i here but at least they're both from the same 'W' series.
Some say, remove the battery for 20-45 mins and then reboot. Its probably the some firmware problem so either update the phone to a new firmware or get it done from a service centre.
