W810i memory problem

Hi guys,

I have sony W810i cellphone n i was very happy with it------>till now

this is second time now, the memory card has erased on its on :@
WHY????????
Once when i was transferring the music by using disc2phone n this time when it was getting charged(showed some error message n all data gone)

need ur help guys:
1- why its happening (its original sandisk 512 card)?????
someone facing the similar issue.....
2- how I can get the data back........any software!

could be multiple reasons....dust, card not fixed in properly. some1 tried to play a prank and formatted your card...master reset..etc

both the times it happened in front of me....... so no pranks!!!
card is fixed properly because i was able to explore the pics/songs!

It is just too wierd that while charging some error message n memory card is now not getting recognized...throwing message "Insert Memory Card"!

Able to see the card when in file transfer mode through PC but when i try to access it --> it says no drive.

don't want to format the card as i need my trip pics from it, if possible through some software( tried rescuemydata but it is not working). Can some one suggest any other software or can tell me whats wrong.
