Waiting for my dataone plan to be changed.

I applied for changing my plan frm startup-250 to h-500 on 19th last month..

and on 1st june when my plan didnt change .. i called the bsnl morons 1st june.. they told me that the plan will change on 2nd or 3rd.. now when i called today..
they told me to call on monday :( :no:

anyone having such problem in changing plan.. ??

and hey in this two days i have downloaded a lot frm 2 to 8 ..now am i going to be charged for that due to this delay :huh: ???

kill those illiterate BSNL dudes :@ :@
 
Big mistake... dude! to take BSNL

I have it and I regret it... esp since I paid one whole years in advance.

I stopped using it since last 3 months thou.. got tired of it and took up iqara

Its just awesome and customer service is just great... had some problem with it twice on both accounts got it repaired within 1 hour.
 
well i dunno if i shd be tellin u this or not.. bt u need to have some networking in the dept to get ur stuff done.

i got mine changed this month .. and now wen i cheked in the Service Order Records.. it said HOME UL 900 and the date wen ordered said 2006/06/06 ..

keep ur fingers crossed.
 
Now,nothing NEW in my SERVICE RECORDS.........shows everything like yesterday as in HOME 500, .........YET the BSNL ppls KEEP on telling ME.....that MY PLANS r CHANGED 2 HOME 900 PLUS......

.BAck news.......>>>.BASICALLY YESTERDAY.....I went to BSNL office & get the service order for my PLAN CHANGE.Though even I GOT that Order APPROVED & also delivered MYSELF to the APPROPRITE PPLS for UPDATE of the Plans, I Thought That was IT,the END of the Problems.....Last came home YESTERDAY......when I LAST SAW THE (TECHNICAL) PPL HAVING my SERVICE ORDER in his hand,alongwith many other similar orders,siiting in front of his PC terminal ,contacting NIB servers@Bangalore & making all plan changes to HOME 900+........YES...I was a EYEWITNESS....to all THAT!

But Coming HOME therafter,checking my BSNL DATA1 A/C .......& YET "NO" Change AT ALL!

NOW,What the HECK is this ALL Happening ???????,Iam getting TOTALLY Screwed!
 
yeah.. same like me..they took the codes from me last month and uploaded in front of me..

those guys are telling me that my plan are changed but it doesnt show up in my a/c

ps: techie,dont use with caps while typing .. :)
