Wall art damaged - how to correct?

I got an image printed on a good quality paper but the paper was received rolled up. Now i got it framed but after a month this is how the picture looks. I am sure this is because the paper was kept rolled for few months. Is there any way to smooth out the picture?

Insufficient pressure across the entire surface will do that. All materials try and revert to original shape. The correct way is to paste the print on the backing and then apply the glass.
