CPU/Mobo Wanna Buy a good nF4-4X mobo

As u can see from the topic I am interested in buying a NEW nf4-4X based mobo ie nF4 for Socket 754

I checked the review of
1. Asus K8N4-E Deluxe
2. MSI K8N Neo3

Add any other good mobo based on the nf4-4X chipset and help me select the best OC'er with good BIOS (at the least near to DFI)

The asus board is the better of the two. Not sure if its available in india though. The neo3 is available for sure. It costs <5K afaik. But its vdimm is limited to just 2.85

Hehe first things first... DFI board not for sale :D. Atleast not until i get the crossfire/nf4 rev2 lanparty. Abt that graphics card, its marginally cheaper than the 6600GT so ur better off with a real 6600GT.

Is your 3000+ a clawhammer???

I thought clawhammers have 1MB L2 cache and New Castles have 512KB L2 Cache, That's the only diffrence b/w the two, according to me.

& I don't think your 3000+ has 1MB L2 cache!!

anyways over to the mobo, gimme a recommendation yaar

Hehe... there were a lot of clawhammer chips which failed at 3200+ speeds or had a part of their cache malfunctional that were sold as 3000+ and 2800+ chips with half the cache disabled ;)
 
got u chaos

According to u the new A64 3200+ clocked 2.2Ghz and having 512KB cache shud b a Newcastle with CG rev
