Wanna overclock my q6600. Plz help

Hi to all u guys.
I wanna overclock my cpu on stock cooler itself. My pc's complete specs can be seen in my signature. I am posting my motherboard bios screens for u guys so that u can explain me clearly. Plz guys help me overclock my cpu. Consider me a noob in overclocking. It'll be better if u give the exact values that I should set in different options in bios. Plz help asap. Thx in advance.

To begin with, I have no idea as to how well a stock intel cooler will handle an "o'ced quad"... please post your idle and load temps(run prime95 with small ftfs) @ stock speed...

and then you have a Iball PSU which I don't know whether it can handle a rig as yours which also has a GTX 260...

and lastly you have an 650i chipset which are known as not to be overclock friendly with q6600's...

anyways good luck with it mate... not having any great idea about the 650i chipset but you can look up in google...

My cpu's idle temp is around 45C and load temp is around 60C.

Moreover the screens I showed u above are for custom over clocking. There is also an in-built option for automatic over clocking but it have only 4 options - 5%,10%,15%,20%. It works well on 5% and 10% but on 15% and 20% after around 2 minutes BSOD arises saying system halted due to malfunction. So I don't know what exactly to do. Plz help me out guys.

q6600 on stock heatsink can do 3ghz stable on stock volts so I'd say just bump up fsb to 333x9 and see if its stable
