Neo-N Herald Jan 5, 2011 #2 Get the Seagate Freeagent Go Flex 500GB (2 year warranty). Or else, opt for the Seagate Freeagent Go 500GB. A sealed one is available in our Market with 5 year warranty.

All are coming with 2 year warranty. Click to expand... I have seen that higher drive capacity has higher failure rates. I may be wrong but this is what I have noticed. But 1TB is better VFM. And yes, I noticed that Seagate have stopped the 5 year warranty on drives. I am lucky to have one Freeagent GO that still has 4.5 years warranty remaining!!
