I am going to buy new PC for gaming and my budget is around 25k. I want it to be compact. ( LCD 19'' and cabinet should be small)
 
Processor: AMD AthlonII X2-240 - 2.85k
Motherboard: Asus M2N68-AM PLUS - 2.3k
RAM: Kingston 2GB DDR2 800MHz - 2.1k
GPU: MSI 1GB DDRIII HD4670 - 4.5k
HDD: WD Blue 500GB SATAII - 2.45k
Cabinet: Zebronics Bijli ATX w/o SMPS - 1.1k
SMPS: SAGAII 350w - 1.6k
Optical Drive: L.G. GH22NS30 SATA/Samsung SH-S22F SATA - 1.1k
Speakers: Creative SBS A35 - 2.0- 0.4k
Monitor: Dell 1910IN - 6k
Keyboard+Mouse: Logitech Combo - .6k
Total: 25k~

If you can extend your budget little bit(1.5-2k) then you can get the
PSU: Gigabyte Superb 460w - 2.2k and the
GPU: XFX HD4850 512MB DDRIII - 6.2k or the Palit Nvidia 9800GT - 5.6k
