Budget 31-40k Want to assemble gaming CPU

I have a monitor and other components of my previous desktop. I want to buy a new CPU. Need suggestion and advices...
 
  1. What is your budget?
    • 40K
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • It was long back around 7 years. I have a Samsung LED monitor and keyboard mouse and speakers. And UPS ofcourse
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • Monitor - Samsung 2409
    • No idea on desktop I have been using laptop for last 5 years.
  4. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • No, want to configure the desktop with current market so that I will not be upgrading next 2 years atleast.
  5. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
    • Bhubaneswar
    • Kolkata
    • Open to online purchase
  6. Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market
    • Yes, on suggestions.
  7. What is your intended use for this PC/hardware
    • Gaming
    • Browsing
    • Downloading 24x7
    • Watching HD movies
  8. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them and the reason for your preference/dislike.
    • No I dont have any idea on current market status on desktop components.
  9. If you will be playing games then which type of games will you be playing?
    • I have free internet service. I would prefer to play all types of games based on current market.
  10. What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
    1. Gaming - 1280x728
    2. Desktop - 1440x900
  11. Are you looking to overclock?
    • No idea.
  12. Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
    • Windows 7 64 bit
  13. I wanted to even know how to connect wifi internet to desktop. Is there any internal or any external component to be added?

GPU - Saphhire hd 7850 1 GB - 13952

PSU - Seasonic S12II 520 - 4586

Total - 39834

If you want to use WiFi on desktop, there are some PCI WiFi cards such as this one

OP has no idea about ocing so it's best that he sticks to a non-ocing rig and it'll overshoot his budget hence this would be a good rig for his requirements-

^The Microsoft sidewinder X6 is between 3.5-4k,You should go for Microsoft Sidewinder X4-2.2k OR Logitech G105-2.5k,They're both good.

Just get 4gb instead of 8. 4 should be enough IMO
But you feel the need you can add more anyways

Buddy OP does not want to overclock so suggesting a k proccy with a comparatively costly z77 is a waste
Plus i5+7770 is a doomed combo for gaming really
Not okay with this rig at all
