If your budget is 4k then why dont you just spend 1.2k more and buy brand new Corsair TX650V2 ~ 5.2k? Why do you wanna buy a used PSU when you can easily buy a new one by slightly upping you budget? :)

I know that bro, but my budget is 4k and a little + - : ), so thats why looking for a used one.
