please recommend me a good laptop with the following parameters::

screen::13.3--14.1(preferably 13.3--for better portability)
build quality::good and robust
video card::256 of nvidia/ati for hd movie playback no gaming
cpu::good enough to handle vmware and .net coding as well as cpu intensive tasks
ram::preferably 4gb
harddrive::320/500gb
battery life::atleast 2 hours
os::i will use windows 7 ultimate 32bit--will buy legal copy when i buy the laptop
specific brands::dell(got a taste of their fabulous warranty service) or any other brand(with good service backup)
warranty::i don't mind paying extra for 3 years of warranty

i will buy the laptop in 2 weeks and my budget is between 40--60k including everything.

all the laptops recommended are 14 inches or higher i would prefer a 13.3 incher and if that's not possible a 14.1 business laptop.

i want a business class laptop with no fancy looks and frills a plain simple rugged looking pc with an ati/nvidia 256 card for aero interface+hd movies.

any suggestions?
