Lowest i have seen a 2080 fe was 34k. Never 30k. 1080ti will be at or around 28-30k with less than one year warranty. If you dont want, try for 2080 alone or get a 2070.

I'm selling my 2070 Super purchased in June 2020 with 3yrs warranty for 33k. It's barely used comes with the box, the original bill, and all accessories with the box.
 
I'm selling my Galax 2070 Super Ex Gamer Black Triple fan for 33k. I bought it in June and looking to sell it now and get 3080 later. Its a triple fan variant and comes with 3 years warranty, the box, and all its contents and the original bill.
