CPU/Mobo Want to buy New motherboard and processor, budget 8k

I want to buy a new motherboard and processor(AMD or INTEL) .
The budget is exact 8,000 or below. Please help me out in buying a best configuration fot the above price.

I am already having a ram(DDR3-2gb), Monitor, hard disk(360gb), and dvd writer. I just want to upgrade my system, by changing mother board and processor and my budget is 8000 or below. Please help me out.

Athlon II X4 635 (if you want a quad core CPU) or Phenom II X2 555 BE - 4500 INR

I suggest you to buy ASUS motherboard.
Asus M4A78LT-M LE , as suggested by HalfLife is a strong board at that price.
AMD ATHLON X3 440 (3.0 ghz) -3600 INR is a good combination for that board ,as it have a good chance for core unlocking.
NB: Asus motherboard have a core unlocking switch , which is easier to unlock by pressing key "4" during booting up process.
So there is a good chance for unlocking the 4th core of X3 440 to perform it like X4 640
