want to change from ubislate 7+ to 7c

Guys, I have ordered for 7+ long time ago, but no reply from their side. Now, I want 7c instead of 7+, is it possible? Or I have to place new order? I don't want to wait for another 3 months.
 
I have also ordered the ubislate 7+ , but its not possible to change the order i guess. I am thnking of ordering the new one 7c also. We will have to wait i thnk n dont even know if this 7+ is gona arrive or not. The CC doesnt pickup the phone or is out of service. And no reply from them still. It was expected to come by MAY.

Lolz..Dont you guys read.Not a single order have been dispatch as IIT hav rejected the model altogether.
I knew from start its a dud call by the government.For 2-3k they ready to give a tablet with more than 2100mah power itself makes it look a fishy deal.

If they ready to give that much power than whats the problem to samsung to charge twice the price to go for similar battery model under their mobile?
