CPU/Mobo Want to confirm if motherboard dead

All of a sudden my pc does not boot. No signal to monitor. No beep.

The error code shows FF, n does not change.

Is my motherboard dead?

Read below before posting.

Cmos battery was removed n checked etc

No beeps even without rams.

Monitor works for sure

PSU works for sure

No graphic card

Plz suggest

Lookup your motherboad manual and check what the error code denotes, I had a Jetway mobo for long and I think it could either be RAM or mobo at fault here. Reseat the RAM and check, in addition check with another stick of RAM too..
 
FF code means its normal, my problem is the code does not change like earlier, even without any rams there are no beeps, which are supposed to come in absence of rams

Does it happen after update the BIOS? Then try to go back to your old BIOS.

Does the light on Motherboard is turn on when power-up?
 
The light on motherboard does turn on, btw there was no bios change done prior. It all of a sudden just did not boot

How many hard disk did you connect at a time. if it more than one then 1st try with only one connection.

Some time the case make some problem, look at the issue.

Try the motherboard in your any friends cabinet. I do not think the motherboard is dead. Does you fan start when power up which are connected on that motherboard.?
 
Like Aces said, check with your ram. Thats generally the first thing people do when there is no signal to the monitor.
 
I checked with ram and everything, until I get another motherboard, there is no way of checking what else is gone
