I want to make a CPU for max 18 K

preferably AMD
Things needed
1)Tower with Power supply
2)Graphic card
3)Mother board
4)processor
5)Ram
6)Hdd (Min 320 Gb)
7)DVD Writer

Please Suggest sumthing

you dont make a cpu.

CPU = Processor. (ex: C2D,Athlon,Phenom,etc).
