PC Peripherals Warranty for Corsair RAM

I intend to buy Corsair 4GB RAM kit from this thread: http://www.techenclave.com/dealer-s-paradise/do-corsair-ram-s-1gbxms2800mhz-rs-122159.html.

I live in Chennai.

Rahul says that the warranty for Corsair is covered by an entity called Kobain - but I Googled for it and did not find any useful information on this entity.

Can someone please let me know if there are service centers in Chennai for Corsair (esp Kobain). Please post any previous experiences with the service center's responsiveness and real warranty cover provided.
