Home page removed, means new articles, guides and reviews (like mine), written with a lot of effort may go virtually unnoticed, unless you go and click on the articles and guides section on the bottom of the forum page

The homepage issue should be fixed.

The editor is not a change we did, its a change that has come from vbulletin side. However, one of the reasons it waas changed was to make it better as far as performance goes. And it does render very fast on my end.

Homepage issue seems to be fixed now.

I concur about the editor changes. Posting a quick reply is blazingly fast compared to earlier.

What speed are you talking about .TE has been awfully slow for me from past 6 months and is still slow even after the update.No its not my connection problem,expect TE all other sites load as normal.I will try making a video to show how slow is TE when compared to other sites.

Another issue i am facing i cannot edit my own posts.When i hit edit this is what i see

I am forced to hit refresh at-least 5 to 6 times for the editor to show the text.


Note to Admins: Take TE down for as long as you want but fix all the pending issues for once.

Actually for some reason, the cursor does not "blink" within the editor. Hit a random key-board character and it will appear. But that is bad. Issues I have:

1. What I mentioned above.

2. Tab out does not work in quick reply.

1. Rendering is working fine for quite a few of us. I don't notice any speed difference, but its surely not slower at my end.

2. Tab out is how the vBulletin editor is. Can't be changed from our end

TE is the reason why I am forced to use my DSL router is bridged mode. That is because the default BSNL DNS fails to open TE. It works only via OpenDNS for me. Unfortunately, there is no way to specify DNS in the router config.

I know people who can't even access GMail on BSNL's default DNS

Also noticed that the "New Posts" query displays 25 posts per page, earlier it was 20. Another good addition as it lowers pages after pages of new posts. :hap2:

Found an issue: Button to add Spoiler tags is corrupted. It adds [GOOGEXLS ] tags. I manually added spoiler tags in my above post

Clicking on the Spoiler button (in Advanced editor) inserts these tags:

I manually inserted [SPOILER ] tags and then it worked fine
