0-20k Was the quality of Corsair PSUs CX series downgraded significantly?

I got a Corsair CX550 after consulting this PSU tier list (from Zach's Tech Turf). The grey label SKU is rated B, and I ordered from variety infotech as they show the image and display the sku no. for the same grey label unit. The black label sku is rated D and I was delivered the black one. Should I return it? Is the downgrade that bad? Is the list reliable? Does anyone have any experience with the CX series of PSUs? I'm planning to power a 5700x + 4070 Super with it. Should I get another PSU altogether?

Do you think I should just try to find the older CX model? It is rated as B in that list. Or should I get something else entirely? (Also I can up the wattage to 650W it's just techpowerup says 550 would be fine).

Depends on you budget i would suggest go for 650w its 220w tdp

Would suggest deepcool pn650d-pl650d=msi a650bn

Yes return it. Have one cx550 from 2013 and believe it or not it's still in working condition. Have seen recent version of same psu, but it's not the same.
