guyz,
kindly suggest a good reliable washing machine within Rs 7500...

earlier i had chosen Samsung but its not available now.. so plz suggest other brand and model no.
 
the dealer is suggestinh Whirpool Superwash SSAN653..Rs. 7200( including tax) any idea abut this model? ? kindly guide..
 
I suggest you to look for an LG machine. Though I think it will be somewhat higher than your budget but you will find one with complete plastic body and all and that will be rust free. Though I know pune is not as humid as mumbai. Still why take chance. ( Hint: find somebody working for LG Pune, You can manage a good discount thru him )

the dealer is insisting on models from Whirpool .. .plz suggest good models from Whirpool under 9k.. max.. top loading,semi-automatic..
 
From my personal experience stay away from SAMSUNG and LG as they have worst after sales service. Go for Videocon which has good after sales service and its repair parts are also readily available in market.

I had a SAMSUNG machine whose drainer knob broke in 2 months. Called up SAMSUNG and they said the knob is not covered under warranty and I have to pay Rs1200 to replace the entire panel :( . Idiots in SAMSUNG looting the customers.
 
+1 for LG washing machine in this range. They really make some good ones. I have been using one for 4 years but never had any problem.
