wat Internet Plan ?

Might Be Going to another Rig Shortly for people in the house,confused on Wat Internet to take:

Options:

* Upgrade my Current 256 to 512 & Share between 2 Pc's
* Stick with 256 for the current Rig & Get a Bsnl 500 Plan for the New Rig

From Wat I see for Bsnl:

* Acts as a Back Connection
* Night 2 to 8 UL @ upto 2 mbps

wat scares is Bsnl Billing,Dont wat to get Wrongly Billed & Suffer ,Tata Is PrePaid No Probs

Any Idea How Bsnl In Bangalore is ?

from what I know bnsl is really good, excellent speeds and night time 2mbps
you just need to reconnect at 2am and disconnect by 8 or something so that you dont get charged for the night unlimited

Are there ways to automatically schedule connection and disconnection at 2AM and 8AM?

Take the tata 512 unl and share na? that way whenever you'r not using one comp, you can download at 512 from the other

Other option is take 256ul in one and the 2mbps nightUL in the other so you can download heavily at nights..Lol but i guess thats what your original question was..

I'd say second option provided you use a auto shutdown at 8am and you urself reset the modem at 2am..

Get Wi-Fi modem. Someone is selling WiFi USB Adapter of D-Link here in TE. Connect them for your 2 PCs.

Make your home a wireless home.

I am saying to go for WiFi, as it is wireless so, no need to worry about lightning while you are away from the PC that you kept running for downloading stuffs.
