WD 80gb Laptop IDE HDD + New USB Casing (Price Drop!!)

Have this WD Scorpio Blue series 80gb PATA hdd that I dont need any more. Thats why putting it for sale.

In excellent condition, used it with a external casing for backup purposes.

Warranty: Till 08/08/2012. (2.5yrs left)
Model: WD800BEVE

New one costs $60 (Newegg) or Rs. 3200 (ebay.in with only 3 years warranty).

Update: Free new Enter brand IDE to USB casing for 2.5" IDE hdd.

That is a good price for 250gb sata.
This is an ide drive and not sata.

It is a 5400rpm, 8mb cache drive.

a 250GB WD 2.5" (sata) costed 22k about 3 weeks bck in NP???????
Who would have bought it at that price???lols
there was a time when satas were so expensive....ide's costing more shows thay are getting phased out...
Not getting OT but only ppl who would but this would be for their old laptops...i'm looking for external storage so this price is not justifiable to me

The guy meant 2.2k. And I know ide's are getting phased out, but my sale is intended for people with laptops supporting only ide hdd.

And for external storage too, this would be better than the 80gb Raidstore thing (free ebay gift) which only has 2 years warranty, and that too requires hdd to be shipped to distributor.

but i am sure raidstore thing??? is faster than PATA. So:tongue::tongue:

This one gives average transfer rates of ~20 MB/s using USB adapter as compared to 25-26 MB/s by the external hdds.

Last day to buy it with a free ide casing guys..
