will clear all your doubts here.
1stly regarding ps2.
on ps2 always 1st comes winning eleven which is followed by pro evo soccer which is then followed by winning eleven international.
note that all 3 are the same engines but minor changes with gameplay that make a huge impact.
the 1st that comes on ps2 is always japanese release & is in japanese called winning eleven, 2ndly the release is the pro evo release which is in english & rest of the european languages like spanish italian french etc, then comes the last winning eleven international which is always the usa release & hence contains only english.
usually the 3rd release i.e "we international" is always the best cause they fix most of the bugs.
now comes the pc part.
on pc the jap version is not released, so the 1st to release on pc is pro evo which is euro release & is in english & other euro languages. then 2nd comes winning eleven international which is the usa release & only in english.
regarding pc & ps2 releases - usually the release that comes last i.e winning eleven international usually has all the updated player & transfers. but it is really easy to obtain transfer options file freely on the net so that shouldnt be a problem.
@digital_brain - there is a size difference in the pes5 & we9i because pes5 contains other euro languages & commentary where as the we9i is only english.
also digital what do u mean by high res textures, as far as i know they dont exist for pes or we, but if u happen to find them please pass on the link.
if u are refering to the superpatch which u think has high textures u are mistaken. that said the superpatch rox.
simply put
winning eleven = japan release
pro evolution soccer = european release
winning eleven international = usa release
but there is more to the game than just where it is release as i said b4 there are some good gameplay changes.
hope that cleared all the doubts. have seen lots of ppl ask the same questions bout pes & we.
