We need people like this in india too

Well, I mean, kudos to the chap for taking the loss and helping people get parts and all, but it's enabling the scalpers isn't it? He is, after all, helping them sell at higher prices - whether the people actually using them pay retail is of no consequence to the scalpers.
We don't need more of this type, we need to stop enabling scalpers.

We don't need more of this type, we need to stop enabling scalpers. We cannot stop scalpers. Like the saying goes "to see the change be the change".

Like the saying goes "to see the change, be the change". He is doing whatever is in his control.
Scalping cannot be stopped. And everyone likes extra money. So scalping is not going anywhere.
