Laptops wear level acer 5740g help !!

ok its only 2 months old , now it was having 0 % wear level yesterday .

battery was empty so windows hibernated it .
i started laptop again without connecting the power cord and it started on the remaining battery power (reserve level) .

i turned it off .

now i have got a wear level of 23% .

so basically it ate up 23% of battery (reserve battery) and is now unable to charge .

so how to charge the 23% remaining to reduce wear level . coz i dont think battery went bad coz it actually ate up the reserver level after hibernation and is now unable to charge .
i lost 23% useleslly . what to do ??
 
Since It is only two months old why dont you replace it.It should be under warranty right.So contact acer and replace it.

IMP for acer laptop owner wanting to get their laptops battery replaced in warranty.......

According to acer warranty terms if only battery backup provided is less than 25 mins they will replace it in warranty. So mind you, if u go to their s. center u tell them backup time well below 25 mins.

Btw battery wear of W7, is it so reliable to be counted on?

My laptop was giving probably 5 mins backup so i got it replaced but their guy told me this condition....

tell the service center guys that the battery backup is real low for a 2 month old laptop.

The service center guys will tell you to call up acer service support and tell them the battery backup indeed is less than 25 minutes. Ideally you should be getting a new battery in a weeks time.

they don't bother to confirm.
