PC Peripherals Webcam advice - Budget Up to 3K

Need a decent webcam - mainly for skype calls within specified budget. Logitech? Microsoft?

Personally use Logitech C270h. Decent quality at a decent price. 720p capture AFAIK

• LOGITECH C310 ~1750/-
• MICROSOFT HD-3000 ~1600/-
• MICROSOFT HD-5000 ~2000/-
• MICROSOFT HD-6000 ~2200/-

I would suggest LOGITECH because it has a better after sales network and terms than MICROSOFT. Also quality is par for the price although the more expensive MICROSOFT offerings will offer better performance and in my views have a sturdier stand / clip.
