PC Peripherals Webcam Buying Help Needed!

This is actually on behalf of a friend of mine. She wants to buy a Webcam for her laptop. Her maximum budget for it is 3k.

Which one should be the best buy in that price range?

any Micrsoft VX Series or Logitech Webcam C500

VX-3000 is most VFM

I use one & it rocks but I would buy a Logitech Webcam C500

Amazing Clarity even in Darkness. Available at all Croma for 2k approx. Only 1 I found better was the insanely priced Logitech® Webcam Pro 9000

Awrite, Udit Bhai... will tell her to look into the MS VX series ones. Any ideas on how much the VX-3000 costs now?

EDIT: I just called Vedant and they said the VX-3000 is 3.4k, think I'll tell her to go for it.
