Hi guys .
I have created one image using following tutorial.
How to Make a Highly-Textured Site Layout in Photoshop | Psdtuts+
However I would like to add Hyperlinks to certain part of the image.
For Example if a user clicks on Contact me text It should redirect him to our contact page .(Image change on Mouse rollover will be added benefit).

(Sorry For not uploading the image. The image is already present in the tutorial).

Which software should i use to accomplish my task.

For one thing, you can develop the site 'offline', using FP. It also includes most tools & features that one would require.

GSites is more like a simple, web-based web designing tool, although they have some cool themes and easy to use functions/features.

If its a PSD file (Photoshop file), I can covert it into a web page for some price.

I don't think you can use Google sites. However there are many other free hosting like 110mb.com

Actually I don't use any software, I do manual coding.

You can use PhotoShop and Dreamwever.

Can any one help me find tutorial for Adobe Dreamweaver?

Also interested to know what makes it a good software for web design.

For designing web layouts, Adobe Photoshop and then Dreamweaver for converting them to html web pages. Check out Lynda.com video tutorials for both, they're awesome. :hap2:

Basically what you want is an imagemap. Google for how to create imagemaps and you will find tonnes of free and much handier alternatives to Dreamweaver.

Here, http://www.image-maps.com/. This one doesn't even require you to download anything; just upload your image, map out the links, and it will spit out the code.
