Android Weird issue while receiving calls

On my Phone when there is an incoming call, in a weird way the number is being displayed.it would be displayed as
+91(caller number)+91(my number)
Sometimes the numbers which are saved will also be displayed in this format.
I use Google phone app, I have also tried using another open source phone app from fdroid, but the issue was persistent.
Any idea, o wise brethren?

If the issue is present across apps, it's not a app specific issue. It looks like the caller ID is being received in a weird format,
I'll suggest you check the caller ID settings and see if there's a faulty configuration there.

Worst case, you can backup data and factory reset
