Video Weird Multi Colored lines on LG LCD

I am getting these lines on my LG 32 inch LCD(LG32 80 FR).What could be the problem? Is the main panel gone?

P.S. LCD is out of warranty.

could be. and if the panel gone kaput then nothing you can do except throw the tv in the dustbin. better call the mechanic and verify the problem.
