CPU/Mobo weird pc problem

If my pc is turned off for a long time (8-10 hours) it does not start.It gives me a ambulance type of beep.It is a continuous beep.
Can someone tell me what is the problem ?
 
generally must be a RAM problem...when overheated..but u say ur comp is switched off for a loong time..hmm
 
details about your mothermoard etc would be helpful .. could be a board issue but i think long beep is for memory
 
my motherboard is Asus a7n266-vm and it is niether the ram beep nor the videocard beep.it's some ambulance kinda beep.ram is normally a long beep followed by a halt then again a long beep this is continuous no halts.
I think it's some moisture problem.Cause when i dry the motherboard with a hair-dryer it boots up fine.
