Weird problem with Nokia E51 + GPRS

^ Phone wa sfully charged and since i have to connect to the net using sam ephone GPRS connection hogs battery. I will try n do it fom my friend's broadband connection.

No, you do not have to remove the charger. But if the battery level is insufficient, then even if you connect the charger, the NSU will keep giving this warning till the time the current levels are not upto the required limit.

And you should be ideally able to update via the GPRS connection. Give it a go.
 
Its better to give ur phone to Nokia Care. If it is within warranty, they will update for free, otherwise they charge a nominal fee. If something happens to ur phone while u are updating ur phone at home, you have to send it to service centre and Nokia is not to be held responsible while if something happens while it is being updated in Nokia Care, they will fix the phone for you for free.

In the Nokia Software Updater, it mentions in the minimum requirements that a broadband connection is required. So do keep that in mind.
