What after MTNL 3G?

I have been using MTNL 3G, for nearly an year now having made use of their Unlimited Rs. 4500 plan. But they have discontinued that great offer and suddenly every other plan seems so unviable! :)

So, what next guys? Any other similar plan available anywhere?
 
I think they re-launched the unlimited plans* for Rs. 5000 annually just recently. There is a FUP of 100 GB though. And Delhi only, for now.
