Majority of sellers here in FS section use Shiprocket and it's been working for them be it slow or fast since day 1.STAY AWAY FROM SHIPROCKET.
Shitrocket. fedup and delayedvery are only good for north side.Bluedart is good but quite expensive.
DTDC is comparatively slow but still okay. Price is average.
DELHIVERY is low cost and slow. But have good service in northern India.

It is not something specific to Delhivery but the local agents in those regions. This specifically applies to FedEx and Delhivery which both operate under this model. Thanks for the reply everyone , just had a horrible experience with Delhivery a few days ago . I was sending some Homeopathy Medicine for my niece in Hyderabad , The shipment reached Hyderabad within two days , from kolkata to Hyderabad , however it got delivered after 8 days of reaching Hyderabad , where each and every day a new excuse was updated on the tracking page .
Yes that is exactly what happened , they kept on posting rubbish updates like , unable to reach today , will try again , water logged in the area , however was fortunate that finally the shipment reached safely .It is not something specific to Delhivery but the local agents in those regions. I still use Delhivery over here because of the cost but items sent to me via Bluedart usually arrive within a day, so that would of course be preferable.
I have had good experience with Amazon shipping and eKart in Shiprocket. Only aspect is the Amazon guy insists on certain label specs while eKart does not have any such requirements. Location is Bangalore.Majority of sellers here in FS section use Shiprocket and it's been working for them be it slow or fast since day 1.
Experience with couriers and services is a personal experience. What works for you may not work for someone else and vice-versa.
Never tried amazon due to that sticker label requirement but tried eKart once and every day status showed out for pickup for 4 consecutive days but no one came to the address or tried to contact. Eventually reassigned courier to Delhivery and the person was here to pickup the very next day.I have had good experience with Amazon shipping and eKart in Shiprocket. Here the eKart guy exceeded expectations. Both times booked in the morning and the guy turns up in an hour for pickup. I was like "wow".Never tried amazon due to that sticker label requirement but tried eKart once and every day status showed out for pickup for 4 consecutive days but no one came to the address or tried to contact. So as I said the experience will differ.

Where did you get that impression ? I thought folks also mentioned the courier services being used if you use SR.why is it being talked about on this page like they themselves are a logistics provider?
Read the thread, couple of replies on this thread states as they're are shipping company.Where did you get that impression ? I thought folks also mentioned the courier services being used if you use SR.
Besides, it gets mentioned since it is "usually" cheaper and more convenient than if you go direct.
Ah I see where it gets clubbed with other courier companies. Reading through rest clarifies it though.Read the thread, couple of replies on this thread states as they're are shipping company.
I'm amused How some are frustrated with shipping companies, They send stuf from one place to another that's it.Ah I see where it gets clubbed with other courier companies. Reading through rest clarifies it though.
One of the couriers I was supposed to get from delhivery is delayed for so many days, they have no phone support, and the app is buggy. The website does not have a way to track tickets. If you run into issues with delhivery, you and whoever shipped will be stuck with their email/twitter support. I've never had bad experiences with bluedart. We use it for our business couriers too.DELHIVERY is low cost and slow. But have good service in northern India.
