What did you do when your foreign shipment was stolen in India?

Want to know what you did when the item you bought got stolen at customs or post in India.

is there any method to prove it was stolen besides not getting the item?
Did you ask for replacement of the items for free or ask for full refund?
Also how long did you wait before filing claim with customer support or paypal?

My $1-2 items from ebay (china) never reached. PO says no idea. I bet it was the postman. Ended up getting a refund via ebay. Waited for the ebay specified period+few days.

The item you had bought must have shipped with tracking number that's enough prof that it was not delivered.

Just file the PayPal claim, Never take a replacement for the item u have ordered, Ask the seller to refund u stating u will order it again.
