You can sell it, gift it, keep it or share the cost with friends & family.. Its yours so you can do whatever you want as long as the license is used on 3 PC's only....

No you don't, just one key is required.

About selling, technically you can but remember the license expires in 1 year and you'll get new keys when you re-subscribe.

Why sell them. There are enough poor souls around here who can never seem to afford legit software. A bit of charity, well, ahem, never hurt anybody

Antivirus software is actually super cheap and anyone can afford it... funny thing is it's always been affordable - 1k off the shelf in India or $30-50 for good downloadable solutions (Kaspersky, CA, AVG, NOD32).
