What does this speedpost tracking status mean?

Hi there, guys. I have been facing a lot of trouble with Speedpost recently, seems like their service has gone way downhill. 2 weeks back I sent an article to Goa and it took nearly a week to reach, something even worse happened, I sent an article to a fellow member of this forum who is Itanagar, I sent the article on the 9th and today it is 19th, the article was addressed to his house but on the tracking page the status says the item has been delivered to the Itanagar H.O, what does this mean? Has it reached his house or not? The trouble is that I cannot even contact him because he has not come online since a week and his phone is switched since the last 5 days. Here is the tracking number: ED670449866IN. Help me guys.
 
it means the item has reached itanagar headoffice. from there it will be sent to the post office or directly delivered to the concerned person. just wait fr a day.
 
The package was delivered on 18th. It just means that the post office responsible for the delivery was Itanagar H.O.
 
I have noticed that whenever the delivery is complete, the "delivered at" column gets filled up with the destination address but this time it has not got filled it up with the address at which the item was meant to reach but instead it has got filled up with the Itanagar H.O, does this mean the delivery is complete or not ? will it reach the buyer or will it remain in the Itanagar H.O?
 
^ Its always the delivery post office's name which is updated there, not the recipient's address. What was the recipient's pin code? Does it match with Itanagar H.O?

Oh yeah, on second thought I think you are right but then too once the package is delivered and it is signed by the recipient the name of the recipient is mentioned in the tracking status, isnt? I can't see anything like that.

Yeah the pincode of Itanagar H.O matches the recipients pin code.
