What has happened to data.bsnl.in

For the last 2 months, have not been able to check usage on data.bsnl.in . Today when I checked, the site is down.

Any idea if I can get usage details from any other source?

The data.bsnl.in website now opens for me but I get the same error when I try to check usage afer logging in -

They are changing to a new billing cycle in West Bengal telecom circle and I think that is why this is happening.
