What is eBay seller vetting?

Hi.

I am trying to list an item in ebay.com using my ebay.in user id. As it have more than 10 seller rating and 110 total rating.

I got an notification saying I need to do seller vetting. What is that?

I had sold some items Internationally using my eBay. In ID, 2 years back.. Didn't have to do anything apart from link paypal ID..

Is this vetting also for eBay.com ids.

No idea. I use my ebay.in account for ebay.com

But the vetting request came from ebay.in account only.
