i hav CTC of 3 Lakhs( say)... i get in hand 20,000. rest 5000 is for PF, grautity , ectc.. so what is my Gross emoluments??

Gross emoluments are the dirty bits of your salary. Get it? Gross. Ok sorry, couldn't resist. Gross emolument refers to the entire salary that you are entitled to including your bonuses/performance linked payouts etc. This is before tax and other deductions of course. It's another fancy word for total earnings.
Yes, your gross salary will include all the amount you receive from your company in your salary account.
That will include all the bonus / performance based pays that you will receive whenever you receive it.
For eg. In your CTC the performance amount is 50,000 but you only get 20,000 out of it, then your gross sal will include 20k and not 50k
It would help if you could tell us for what purpose you need to know the gross salary.
For eg, if you are talking about other companies who ask your salary, then you have to mention your CTC and not gross salary unless they specifically ask for the same.
