What is McGold ? from McDonalds

We keep ordering junk stuff almost everyday a week @ work.
And found my account had McGold worth 415, checked further and it was for orders placed with some time recently..
1 McGold = 1 INR = 415 CREDITS of free stuff

Total of 3 orders out of 26 in past 4 months shows credits for McGold.

Any idea how this works, credit received was for orders about 299 (65 credits).
Can be useful,for all.. if McDonalds lovers.

We should be eligible for over 5000+ McGold till day lol
But still curious to understand, if anyone understands how this works.
