What is my FUP limit?

hi...ive been an airtel coustomer for the past 5 years.i started off with unlimited 256 kbps at the begining and have been upgrading speeds through the ages.now im supposed to be at 1mbps and pay Rs1099.
I HAVE NO CLUE WAT MY FUP IS???some months i can download 50 - 100 gb and the speed is the same n some months it is halved for as low as 12-15gb.this month within the first 4 days i got my speed halved for 10 gb.
so how do i find my FUP.
i called coustomer care n they dont have a clue of wat my fup limit is with each agent giving a random value

Hey dude

Long time since we spoke :)

Airtel a**h***s have started reducing the FUP's on all legacy/dead plans without informing the customer.

Hey dude....

But last month i downloaded more than 30 gb n it was still 1 mbps....so wat do i do .....its really annoying.......Airtel and EA DOWNLOAD MANAGER together are conspiring together and eating my head off

I guess thats for people who get a new connection.since im an old coustomer isnt my FUP bigger than 15gb?????besides ive crossed 35 gb n still have 512 kbps

happened to me for first few months.. anyways, enjoy the uncapped speed while it lasts..

when they cap you, come back. we'll complain together (:P)
