What is pcstudio.in like?

I read somewhere, maybe in a TE forum thread, that pcstdio.in is legit. What I'd like to know is what they are like to deal with.

Many Indian sites, although not outright scammers and cheaters, are very frustrating to deal with. Some of them list products they don't have without showing that they are out of stock and it's almost impossible to get them to clarify things.

Once they receive payment, they are slow to ship and ignore all attempts to communicate with them.

Their T&C are all about protecting themselves from even a slight inconvenience, with nothing to inspire customer confidence.

What is pcstudio.in like in these respects?

I have bought multiple items from them a few times so far, my experience has been decent. When I had bought very high value items earlier like GPU, they even called to confirm and shipped fast within Bangalore, and packaged the items well. Their local shop is called Ankit Infotech in SP Road, Bangalore and have noticed their pricing is usually reasonable compared to rest of the similar shops in India.

Maybe someone else can fill in on their experience with ordering from other states.

They are a relatively old PC shop, so trustworthy. Heck even something like computech, which have negative reviews, gave my friend a relatively good purchase experience (the mobo he originally ordered was not in stock, so had to pay 1k extra for a different one). I know that usually DOA or wrong order handling is problematic but PCStudio has been in the game for a relatively long time.

I personally ordered my whole setup from PC Studio and my personal experience has been good. There are genuine and you can communicate with them over phone or Whatsapp. I too was sceptical and researched a lot before placing an order on an online e-portal for the very first time.
Being from West Bengal I had access to Vedant Computers, Mdcomputers and many other trusted merchants in this field. However, I chose PCStudio. Was a bit tensed because the setup was to be shipped from Bangalore. Took a leap of faith and everything turned out to be perfect.
If required I can share the whatsapp convos. Not to mention they were polite and fast to respond.

Could you share why you didn't want to go with Vedant/MDComputers? I would have personally preferred local shops since like you mentioned there were several parts to be shipped. Pricing-wise I have noticed even Vedant/MDComputers are usually similar.

Idk if I am allowed to post links here but here is a thread i just posted after replying to your comment. I hope it serves your purpose.
You can opt for Vedant or MD. It is a matter of personal preference and ultimately if you are the on the worng side of fortune you will end up with a faulty component irrespective of the platform you choose. Also, the pricings are very competitive on every site with a difference of INR 100-1000 depending on the price of the particular component you are looking for.
